On Wednesday 5th of November, Fish on Toast challenges you and your mates to test your entrepreneurial mettle, as well as compete against other students.

Starting from 4pm Wednesday until 4pm the following Thursday, you'll have access to a stall on the concourse, and permission to make your money in anyway you see fit (as long as its legal, and you don't sell food stuffs that was previously unpackaged i.e. your own cooking).

So what happens to all of the money that's made? Well for various reasons we shall not be giving the money away to charity. Instead, all proceeds go towards one big night out on Thursday 6th! The team that raises the most amount of money wins a prize

Conditions for entry:

• Teams must have between 3 and 5 participants.
• All participants must be students at the University of Southampton
• An entry fee of £10 per team needs to be paid to fish on toast to reserve your entry. Once a team is registered and paid up, it is assumed that they will be participating in the challenge.

Small teams of students had to make £50 into as much money as possible in 24hrs. The winners nearly quadrupled their money! We had a table tennis tournament, sweet selling, a charity raffle and CDs.

All proceeds went to The Prince's Trust.
